Job Description
- Responsibilities in DBA role, Web Application Admin
- Design, install and configure database engine (MSSQL or any) , Web Server, and System Application Architecture
- Perform database, web application performance monitoring and tuning
- Plan the support of growing data storage and workloads
- Maintain database reliability and high availability best practices
- Creating data backups & restoring lost data and updating systems when necessary
- Continually monitoring database systems, user access and security
- Perform audit and compliances activities
- Collectively maintain technical documentation
- Collaborate on technical issues with stakeholders from Development and project teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields
- 3+years of MSSQL database administration and troubleshooting
- 3+ years of MSSQL database Migration
- Experience with large-scale enterprise MS SQL Server, MongoDB, or any RDBMS
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, PowerShell and any database system
- Required Virtualization technologies on Premise and on Cloud
- Prefer to have a Security+ Certification
- MCSA, MCSE, and/or MVP certifications
